How it works / no cloud
A conversion engine, not an upload form.
filetity opens the PDF in browser memory, drops the pages you selected, and writes what is left as a new file. The remaining pages keep their order and their original content. Nothing is uploaded.
- Offline ready
- Installable app
- No file limit queue
Straight answers
No accordion. Nothing hidden.
- Is it free?
- Yes, with no watermark and no page limit.
- Does it need an account?
- No. There is no account system.
- Is my file processed on my device?
- Yes. The file is read by your browser and never uploaded. There is no server to send it to.
- What formats are supported?
- PDF in. PDF out, with the selected pages gone.
- What are the limits?
- No page limit, but at least one page has to survive: the tool refuses to remove every page rather than hand back an empty file.
- Does it work on mobile?
- Yes, on any modern mobile browser. Large files are limited by the memory the phone gives the browser.
- Does it work offline?
- Yes, once the page has loaded. The tool keeps working with no network connection.
- Does this shrink the file?
- Usually, because the pages and the images on them are gone. It is not a compressor though: what stays is stored exactly as it was.
- Can I get the pages back afterwards?
- Not from the new file. The original on your device is untouched, so keep it until you are happy with the result.
- What if I select every page?
- The tool stops and says so. An empty PDF is not a useful thing to hand someone, so removing everything is refused rather than allowed.
